Polygons, ellipses and circumferences are all geometric shapes. Polygons are made up of straight lines, and ellipses and circles of curves.

Activities

Look at the pictures below. They are signs for different sports. All of these pictures are made up of polygons, ellipses and circles.

Draw and colour in four more posters for different sports or games, also featuring sportsmen and women. Draw everything using either whole or partial polygons, ellipses and circles.
