Flat modular networks.
Flat modular networks are formed by the repetition of simple units called flat modules. They are commonly used to design decorative elements, especially in homes and urban areas.
Activities:
See the examples given. In the first of each serie, the module is repeated at the same position. In the following, the modules have been rotated to form a different one.
Complete a modular network as in the example, using similar shapes and colours of your choice. Draw the shapes using a pencil and later go over them with a black felttipped pen.
