ACTIVIDAD 2.5.

Draw an octagon inside a square.

follow these steps.

1.- Draw a square.

2.- Draw the diagonal lines joining the vertices of the square.

3.-From the vertices A,B,C and D, using the same radius (from A to E), draw four quarter circles.

4.- Join the ends of the adjacent arcs to form the sides of the octagon.

ACTIVITIES.

L ook at the coloured-in picture and make three further similar pictures, starting from a square and a octagon. Go over the outlines of your shapes with a black fine felt-tipped pen and colour them in using different patterns.
